The Municipal Planning Board generally meets the 4th Wednesday of each month at 7:30 P.M. the Zoning Board of Adjustment generally meets the 2nd Wednesday of each month at 7:30 P.M.

Municipal Code Land Use Procedures for the Planning Board and Zoning Board can be found within Chapter 22 of the Municipal Code; Subdivision and Site plan regulations are located within Chapter 178.


Chapter 205 of the Municipal Code contains the municipal Zoning requirements for each zone shown on the Zone Map.  The Zoning chapter contains the list of permitted and conditional uses for each zone, lot size and setback requirements.


Fence regulations can be found within ordinance sections 205-47 through 205-52.

Swimming Pool regulations can be found within ordinance sections 205-53 through 205-58.
